Upon logging into PruAndYou, select “PruPress” under “Agent Tools” in the left navigation and you will automatically be delivered to your secured PruPress account. Once there, you will now notice that the newly added property postcard and brochure options are now available with a variety of style options…

Great news! We have loaded a Chicago Bears Schedule eCard into your PREA eCard accounts for your immediate use. This is yet another great reason to reach out to your sphere and provide fun and valuable information.

There are a number of themed and custom eCard options available and they can all be accessed in your PREA eCard account. To gain access, simply visit PruAndYou and select “PREA Center” from the left navigation. After you log into PREA Center, select “eCards” from the middle of the screen. You will be transported to the eCard system and will find your new Bears Schedule eCard in the “In Progress” section ready to send.

In our ongoing efforts to streamline processes and make doing your business more efficient, we are pleased to announce the launch of 5 new eForms now live in the left navigation of PruAndYou!

Referred Vendor Submission Form
We have established the Referred Vendor list and submission eForm to create a central resource of Prudential Rubloff agent-referred vendors. You will find contact information for vendors for all types of services on the list with the name of the agent who referred the vendor. Further, you can submit your referred vendor suggestions for inclusion in the list through this new eForm.

MLS Remarks Submission Form
Now you can submit your MLS remarks to your admin or change them using the new MLS Remarks Submission Form. Upon submission, the system will generate an email confirmation to your @rubloff.com email address while simultaneously delivering this same information to your office admin for input.

Yard Sign Order Form
Now you can submit your yard sign order request to your admin directly from PruAndYou.
By submitting this eForm, you will receive a confirmation email and your admin will receive your sign request and enter this information into the Oakley Sign portal to order the installation.

Yard Sign Removal/Service Request Form
Like the Yard Sign Order Form, the Yard Sign Removal/Service Request eForm can be used to communicate the need to have a sign removed or enter a service request for a damaged sign that requires a field visit. Upon submission of this eForm you will receive a confirmation email and your admin will receive your request and enter this information into the Oakley Sign portal to expedite the removal or service request.

Agent Website Sign Up Form
To sign up for the Platinum Agent Website program, we have created a one-step sign up eForm that not only details the program, but provides a direct link to an example website all on one page. Should you want to leverage this powerful marketing tool, that effectively converts Rubloff.com into your custom agent site, log into PruAndYou and select the Agent Website Sign Up Form link from the left navigation. Your sign up form will be delivered to marketing who will confirm receipt of the form and subsequently email you once your website goes live.

Lake Forest Office Supports Gorton Community Center Preservation Efforts

J.D. Power and Associates: Prudential Real Estate Ranks Highest for Seller Satisfaction

J.D. Power and Associates today announced that the Prudential Real Estate Network ranked "Highest Overall Satisfaction for Home Sellers Among National Full Service Real Estate Firms" in J.D. Power and Associates' 2010 Home Buyer/Seller Study. This marks the second time in three years that the Network ranked highest in seller satisfaction.

The annual study measures customer satisfaction of home sellers and buyers with major national real estate companies. Overall satisfaction is determined by examining four factors for the home-selling experience: agent (44%); marketing (30%); office (15%); and services (11%). Among home sellers, Prudential Real Estate achieved a score of 760 on a 1,000-point scale and received particularly high ratings from customers in the marketing and agent factors.

PRERS Chairman Jim Mallozzi said the award speaks for the quality and consistency of the Prudential Real Estate Network. "Affiliate to affiliate, our sales professionals are the local-market experts who market and price homes right, while providing attentive service," Mallozzi said.

PRERS has secured complete marketing rights for the study and for the Network's favorable ranking. The company will promote this distinction through national advertising and other media, including a J.D. Power and Associates' micro-site with exclusive marketing materials and comparative analysis showing its position in relation to competitors.
