Ian Bayne has enjoyed a career in real estate spanning several states and over 11 years.

His background in public relations and fundraising gives him a different perspective than those who have not had the benefit of duel careers. He has made appearances on political talk shows from CNN to just about every network show in the Boston Massachusetts market, and in 2003 was called the "Youngest Kingmaker" by the American Spectator Magazine at age 30 for having paved the way for future governors and a presidential candidate. Having built political organizations consisting of top US business leaders in pharmaceuticals and venture capital, as well as working alongside elected officials from congress and governor to state legislatures, Ian brings a broad and versatile set of negotiation skills to his position.

Ian is also a practicing real estate appraiser, and has been a partner in a real estate appraisal firm for 5 years, performing real estate appraisals for virtually every major lending institution and bank. He is approved by the FHA and licensed in Illinois, Arizona, and Massachusetts. Ian also brings years of experience and knowledge of the underwriting process and of mortgage origination.

Additionally, Ian enjoys a part time career as a jazz musician and represented voice-over talent in the Chicago area. He has served in the US Army reserves in drill sergeant and JAG units.

A native of Chicago, Ian returned home a few years ago from living in Nashville and now resides in Chicago's River North/Streeterville neighborhood.
